WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

The fulfillment company we use is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, the fulfillment company offers a free replacement or a refund (to your balance) in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. Your satisfaction is a priority. Please contact us asap in order to have us assist you.

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

Things happen, you might have forgotten to add those last T-Shirts! If the order has been sent to production, it means the printing provider may already be working on the order.  Due to that, it may not be possible to edit or cancel an order free of charge at this point.  

Nevertheless, the Lady L's Delight's Team will reach out to the print provider.
